Seminar Description
This five-day seminar will focus on known and potential problems associated with drilling in ever deeper water, including an added section examing recently introduced equipment. With the knowledge presented in this seminar you will learn of downtime others have suffered which will help you to look for and avoid repeating the same costly events.
Learning
Objective
Learn about what's different (or what should be different) as you extend your operation into deeper water. Covering both DP (dynamically positioned) and deepwater moored rigs, you'll learn about the equipment, systems and procedures that provide well control safety and NPT (non-productive time) reduction. Includes discussions of past problems to let you learn from others' experience, allowing you to directly improve your drilling operation with lower downtime and increased availability in this frontier arena.
Who
Should Attend
Individuals working in the drilling industry who are or will be involved with drilling operations and equipment in waters over 3,000 feet deep. Both the man on the rig as well as the supporting engineers and managers will benefit from the most comprehensive seminar to date on deepwater drill-through equipment related issues.
Provider/Delivery Method
