The Cotton Gin - WEST is located in the historic Donnigan Cotton Gin in Brookshire, Texas. The building was purchased and soon evolved into the Cotton Gin restaurant in 1979. WEST moved into the building in the late 90s, transforming it into office space while conserving the integrity of Donnigan's orginal structure.
